Education in the Context of Globalization.

How must education and learning be shaped in the context of global societal challenges? For over 15 years I have been researching and developing theories and concepts that seek to provide answers to this question.

// As an educational scientist, I generate empirically grounded insights into the nature of learning processes in the context of globality.

// As a teacher and systemic consultant (in training), I implement these in educational interventions, evaluate international education programmes, and offer diversity-sensitive (learning) counselling to organizations and individuals.

// In all these activities I cooperate with schools, universities and colleaguesI am hired as a lecturer, consultant and evaluator by governmental, civil-society and church-based providers of international and development-education programmes.
