ABOUT ME
"Education is the most powerful weapon which you can choose to change the world”
Like Nelson Mandela, I firmly believe that education can change the world.
As an educational scientist and educator, I focus on shaping individual and institutional learning processes within the context of global change and continuity. My work is grounded in a transdisciplinary approach that bridges research and practice, science and consultancy. For me, the human being — embedded within social and institutional systems — is the key starting point for learning and development.
My areas of work and research include educational concepts related to Global Learning, Education for Sustainable Development (ESD), and (neuro)diversity and heterogeneity across schools, policymaking, and civil society. With well-established regional expertise in Latin America and Sub-Saharan Africa, I work not only in Germany but also internationally.

What Shapes Me
